Refund policy

PLEASE NOTE: ALL ITEMS THAT ARE APPLICABLE FOR EXCHANGE, ACTION MUST BE TAKEN WITHIN 14 BUSINESS DAYS OF RECEIVING PRODUCT.

  • No Refunds Policy: We do not offer refunds on any purchases. Once an item is bought, it cannot be refunded under any circumstances. However, we are happy to provide an exchange/replacement if the item meets our conditions.

  • Exchanges: Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery, with the exception of discounted or promotional items. Anything purchased on discount or promotion is non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

  • Conditions for Exchange:

    • All tags must be attached.

    • Packaging must be intact.

    • The product must be unused and in its original condition.

  • Process:
    Use the same email address you used for your order and contact us via our Contact Page or direct channels to request an exchange.
    A shipping label will be generated upon request. Customers are responsible for all return shipping and duties charges.
